BLACK CHANTERELLE, nestled above the inn among the meadow redwoods, is our most recently constructed accommodation and perhaps our most enchanting and sophisticated yet. This copper-domed cottage has a spacious viewing deck with ocean view, lots of natural light, a jacuzzi tub, a sauna, a queen bed and a romantic woodburning stove. ($350).
TREEHOUSE, with cathedral ceilings, is constructed of the same heavy, now weathering timbers as used in the hotel. It offers a large, comfortable sitting area with a Franklin fireplace (plenty of wood) and French doors leading to a comfortable deck with a view of the ocean. A large wet bar with coffee maker, refrigerator, and generous counter space also faces the French doors. The king bed is on a sky-lighted level a few steps higher than the sitting area. Just off the bedroom is the full bath with a shower-equipped soaking tub with a large west-view window. A complimentary full breakfast is delivered to your cottage each morning. ROSE COTTAGE is a quaint, hand-crafted cottage with a queen bed in a sleeping quarters elevated above its sitting area. The cottage offers skylights, a Franklin fireplace, a breakfast area with wet bar, and French doors that open onto a sun deck with a direct Pacific view. GUEST HOUSE offers a queen bed and a small bath with a shower. There is a breakfast area with a wet bar. The living room area has an inviting window seat, a private deck with a meadow view, and a wood-burning stove. ($155).
WILDFLOWER is a very rustic cabin built for the old logging crews. It has an outside (really) but appropriately private and fully-plumbed shower with a forest view. The firm double bed is on the floor of a sleeping loft with a skylight above it. It has a sitting area with a wood buring stove and a four-burner range.
