St. Orres Obligations & Limits for Weddings & Celebrations

PRIVATE CELEBRATIONS IN THE DINING ROOM

• Daytime Hours
  • The Dining Room is available for buffet-style events during the day
    • Between 11 AM-3 PM
    • 50-100 persons
    • Minimum charge of $50 per person
• Evening Hours
  • The Solarium can be booked for closed parties of 10-12 persons
  • The Dining Room can be closed for private events
    • Buffet-style for up to 100
    • Dinner style with five courses for up to 60
  • At a minimum tariff* of
    • $5,000 Sundays through Thursdays except Holidays
    • $6,000 for Fridays
    • $7,500 for Saturdays and Holidays
  • Prices are for five course dinners created in collaboration with our chef. They do not include:
    • Beverages
    • Taxes
    • 20% Service Charge

  • All food and all beverages must be purchased from St. Orres.
  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time reservations are secured.
  • Payment in full for food and beverages is due six weeks prior to the event

CELEBRATIONS AT CREEKSIDE

• The Creekside Green is available
  • June through September for
  • al fresco buffet style events
  • that are strictly limited to 200 persons
  • a site fee applies depending on the number of guests
    
• Restrictions and Requirements
  • All Creekside Cottages must be rented by the celebration party
  • All food and all beverages must be purchased from St. Orres. No food or wine or other beverages may be brought onto the property for the event.
  • Price per person (with a 100 person minimum) is $50 which does not include.

    • Rental of any other equipment
  • Cakes, appropriate for your celebration, are available at a starting rate of $6 per person with a minimum of $350
  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time reservations are secured.
